I was intrigued from the minute I read the blurb for Aroused, so when Angelina offered a PDF in exchange for an honest review, I jumped on that of course.Having read Angelina before I expected a scorching hot read, and Aroused certainly needs to be read with the fan on. It's so full on from the get-go that it almost felt too much. Would the heroine really be that attracted to a complete stranger that she would have no holds barred sex on the top of her car in the car park.
It was clear she carried a lot of pain from her failed marriage, and yet, it made me doubt it all a bit, and I thought. Hmm, maybe this will just be a four star story at best and then you get the curve ball. I'm not going to spoil the story and tell what you that is. All I will say is that it all made sense and got very emotional.
This is a fantastic, quick, short read that satisfies in all ways ;-)

I love the new lines of short, steamy novellas being published these days. Evernight Publishing's line is called Romance on the Go and Aroused is part of that line. Romance on the Go short stories are the perfect length to enjoy in the waiting room, on the bus, during breaks, or in bed at night for that little pick-me-up or escape.
Aroused is a very hot, very steamy short story about Nadia and a smokin' hot mysterious stranger who walks in to her place of business. The descriptions were deliciously naughty and I felt just like a voyeur enjoying the scene. I was totally surprised by the twist in the storyline and loved that everything about the plot was not all peaches and cream. I would have liked to bulk up the story a bit more and see where it went but it was a terrific RGO shortie.
Please take note that this is an EROTIC RGO so if that sort of romance bothers you then do everyone a favor and skip it. The rest of us will enjoy it enough for us all.
